On-A-Roll® Lifter Compact-2
Designed specifically for sign makers and other business with the need to handle heavy media rolls and tight on space. The new flip stops on the forks allow the operator to easily load the roll and keep the roll in place during transport. It enables users to quickly and effortlessly lift media as heavy as 330 lbs (150 kg) as wide as 71” (180 cm) and lift height up to 49” (125 cm). The Compact-2 design allows users to manoeuvrer around tight corners and through narrow passages.
On-A-Roll® Lifter Hi-Rise
A rugged lifter designed specifically for fabric printers, sign makers, converters, grand- and wide-format printers, or any business with the need to lift heavy media or fabric rolls. Sturdy steel construction permits lifting rolls as heavy as 440 lbs (200 kg) nearly 6 ft (180 cm). Solves the problem of loading converting machines or printers with high inputs. Enables fabric printers to easily lift rolls onto tall production tables for spreading, sewing, or finishing. Permits using higher than normal storage for media or fabric rolls.
On-A-Roll® Lifter Universal
The flat roll loading tray fits many large-format printers, as well as roll-to-roll flatbed cutters. The tray easily fits into the side of the roll loading area, and multiple roll wedge mounting holes enable the operator to position the roll precisely for loading and unloading. The roll loading ramp may be removed to prevent interference with dancer bars and other elements of the printer frame. Using the safety straps, one operator can easily lift rolls as heavy as 660 lbs (300 kg) and as wide as 16 feet 5 inches (5 m). The removable ramp can be stored on the back of the upright frame when not in use.
On-A-Roll® Lifter Low Profile
Designed specifically for grand and wide format printers, sign makers, and anyone responsible for lifting wide or heavy media rolls, the On-A-Roll® Lifter will lift heavy or wide rolls associated with today’s larger and faster print runs. The On-A-Roll Lifter’s sturdy steel construction allows the lifting of media up to 660 lbs. and up to 16.4 feet wide. With a 3.25″ (82.5 mm) clearance of the bottom fork, it’s a perfect complement to HP Latex 1500, 3000, 3100, and 3500 printers.
On-A-Roll® Lifter Jumbo
Specifically designed to handle large diameter, heavy rolls, it can easily lift rolls as heavy as 990 lbs (450 kg), as wide as 16 feet 5 inches (5 m), and with diameters as great as 19.6 inches (50 cm). Designed for EFI, Reggiani and Matan printers, the Foster On-a-Roll® Lifter Jumbo is perfect for businesses operating grand or extra-wide printers, fabric printers, or those handling floor coverings and similar materials. The simple hydraulic foot pump makes lifting effortless. Nylon safety straps enable one operator to move even the heaviest media rolls.
